Cooking Experience

The package include:

• Accommodation in double room for single use Standard / Standard double
• 3 nights in bed and breakfast treatment
• Entrance to our fabulous Silva Spa, all to be experienced
• Cooking lesson try your hand at preparing the ancient recipe for Gnocchetti Fiuggini with tuna sauce, followed by a tasting of the dish with a glass of wine
• Cooking lesson try your hand at preparing the typical wine donuts, followed by tasting with ratafià
• Gourmet dinner at Cucina Silva restaurant with tasting menu created for us by the starred Chef Iside De Cesare consisting of a tasting of oils and homemade breads, 5 surprise courses, dessert, small gift, wine tasting during dinner
• Erzinio salami and cheese tasting (transfer included) or Casale della Ioria visit of the vines and olive groves, tasting of 3 wines accompanied by tasting of typical local products (transfer included)
• Participation diploma signed by chef Iside De Cesare
