Scenic route, not very challenging. We climb the Ernici Mountains, passing through\u00a0delightful historic centres, until we are on the\u00a0road of the rows of Cesanese\u00a0and old 1950s stations. The itinerary starts in\u00a0Fiuggi\u00a0and you follow the signs for\u00a0Altipiani di Arcinazzo. You go up toward the ancient village of Fiuggi, and after a few kilometres, at a crossroads, you take the S.P. 147 that begins to ascend gradually toward Arcinazzo. It is an uphill route with hairpin turns, but it can be biked without too much effort. You\u2019ll ascend from seven hundred to one thousand. After 6 km, you\u2019ll reach the Passo della Sella at an elevation of 931 m. From here you pedal 2 km downhill to Altipiani di Arcinazzo (10 km), a quaint mountain village that is popular with Romans in summer. From the centre of town, continue in the direction of Subiaco, but turn left toward\u00a0Piglio. Continue for about 9 km until you reach a long descent that, from the historic centre of Piglio, will lead you to the lower area that rejoins the\u00a0Paliano-Serrone-Fiuggi bicycle path. Here on the left you will take Via Prenestina, the road of the\u00a0Vecchie Stazioni (Old Stations)<\/em>, which begins to climb among the Cesanese olive trees for about 11 km. After bypassing the perched village of\u00a0Acuto, past the crossroads, the road descends gently toward\u00a0Fiuggi.
