You can choose two visits between:

1) Guided tour of Anagni and visit to the Tarsie Turri workshop to discover the 15th century technique of wood inlay or visit to the Imperia goldsmith workshop to admire the creation of traditional jewelery made of gold or silver.
- Lunch at the Ristorante del Gallo for the tasting of Timballo alla Bonifacio VIII.

2) Guided tour of Ferentino and visit to the Ancient Giorgi furnaces which have been producing handmade terracotta since 1735.
- Lunch at the Trattoria Consolare.

3) Guided tour of Subiaco and visit to the monastery of San Benedetto (Sacro Speco), small lake of San Benedetto.
- Lunch at the La Parata Restaurant.

4) Guided tour of Fumone Castle and the Hanging Gardens.
- Lunch at La Taverna del Barone.
