In the heart of the picturesque Paliano countryside, just a few kilometers from Rome, Donna Vittori – Borgo Agricolo offers a unique sensory experience that combines wine, art, and nature. Strolling through our native vineyards, you will discover the charm of our wines, born from passion, tradition, and sustainability. Donna Vittori practices organic farming and is in the process of converting to biodynamic methods: its natural wines are created through spontaneous fermentation.

During Vigne & Calici, an expert sommelier will guide you through a tasting of 4 or 5 selected wines, including our Cesanese del Piglio DOCG, aged in steel or amphora, as well as other native labels from the cellar. Each wine will be paired with a platter of local delicacies and farm products, including extra virgin olive oil, grains, and legumes grown directly on the estate.

The tasting takes place in our Winery, the vibrant heart of the estate, where conviviality meets artistic culture. All wine labels are created by the artist Edoardo Bernardi, while the Winery hosts the permanent exhibition “Love at First Sight” and a temporary exhibition dedicated to horses, developed in collaboration with the Horse Museum Foundation.

In winter, guests are welcomed by a warm fireplace, making the Winery an even cozier and more atmospheric place. In summer, weather permitting, the tasting can take place on the panoramic terrace overlooking the vineyard valley, offering a fully immersive sensory experience of aromas, colors, and flavors.

The experience also includes a walk through our native vineyards, with explanations about grape cultivation and the history of our wines, allowing you to fully discover the charm of our products, born from passion and tradition.
